Students from the Fundamental Art Skills course in Kidderminster West Midlands are exploring watercolour painting.

This is the last part of our Fundamental Art Skills course – exploring watercolour painting. There is so much to learn! Studying David Cox’s and Edward Robert Hughes’s watercolours at Birmingham Museum definitely broadened our horizons about a great variety of watercolour techniques. These seascapes produced by my students are beautiful. They learnt how to use a flat wash on dry paper technique so well. Lovely harmonious colours! Well done!
