‘How to make Felted Christmas Mat’ Felting demonstration 8th November 2017 8pm-10pm at Machine Knitters Club , Great Bookham, Surrey was a great success. The ladies really enjoyed learning wet felting technique and watching Raya creating a Christmas Table mat . This is a comment that the ladies wrote about Raya’s demonstration. ‘Everybody was impressed at just what can be achieved when one just gets on with it! There is obviously much more to Raya’s skills and talent but the Christmas piece gave us a great insight into the world of felting and how creative it can be as a medium to work with’.
