This is week 4 of the ‘Introduction to Soft pastels’ online art course with live tuition and this is where we are with my enthusiastic learners.
My students have just completed their peony pastel paintings. They are gorgeous (I mean their artwork and, of course , my students 🙂
This work is multi-layered and requires some good skills, patience and good knowledge of materials. Very sensitive paintings, revealing the beauty of complex petals and amazing colours.
My learners continue experimenting with soft pastels and painting flowers. These are their efforts. They study soft pastels with me on Wednesdays and continue practicing their art during the week. The amazing progress has been achieved!
