I am happy to share these beautiful Silhouette Portraits recently created by my students from the online Intermediate level Portrait Course via zoom. Learning the art of silhouette was great fun and we were inspired by the 19th and 20th century art of silhouette. We realised the importance of the expressive outlines and descriptive shapes . We also looked at negative space! And my students created some silhouettes of their friends and relatives . Fantastic achievement! Great work.
