New wool painting course at Broadway Tower in Cotswolds by Worcestershire Textiles Artist Raya Brown was a great success.
My new ‘Create 2 wool paintings in 1’ course at Broadway Tower Barn in Cotswolds was a success. I am very pleased! These ladies loved exploring wool fibre painting techniques, creating beautiful colour blends and textures. They managed to make 2 small wool paintings each – one is the ‘Seascape’ and the other a miniature picture of poppies. I am happy to display their work and a photo of these happy ladies with their finished pictures.
The course took place at the fantastic venue overlooking the beautiful Cotswolds landscapes, with a cosy cafe and tasty food. Thank you very much to the friendly staff at the Tower barn for looking after us well. We will be back.
The next wool painting course for complete beginners will take place at the same venue on Friday 27th of March. It is ‘ Create your own wool painting’ course. The students will be recreating photos of pictures in wool fibres.
