These beautiful portraits were inspired by the work of French artist Odilon Redon.

My students used soft pastels skilfully to draw the portrait of the sewing Lady and they showed the delicate textures of lace and other fabrics so well. I also like the floral background in their work!

There is definitely some influence of the Impressionism in their work and some element of mystery. I am very proud to share my learners’ work with you.
